Florida Retirement Services Upcoming Workshops

The Florida Retirement System is offering free financial planning workshops for your FRS-covered employees. Upcoming workshops will be on Wednesday, Jan. 8 and Thursday, Jan. 9 and will be on the following topics (all times are ET):

Income Tax Planning, Jan. 8, 10 a.m.-Noon
Taking Control of Your Finances: 60 Minutes, Jan. 8, 1-3 p.m.
Education Planning, Jan. 9, 10 a.m.-Noon
Investment Planning, Jan. 9, 1-3 p.m.

The Jan. 8 and 9 sessions will be held live, in-person in Tallahassee, as well as via Zoom.

• Go to the workshop calendar at https://myfrs.com/WorkshopCalender.htm#employee
• Locate the employee workshop you want to attend (in-person or via Zoom), then register (click “Register/Join”).
• You will receive a confirmation email after registration. Zoom registrants will receive a reminder email the day before the webinar.

Employees must register separately for each workshop they wish to attend.
