John Lackey, Multimedia Technology Support for the Center for Innovative Technology

John Lackey IV has become a member of the Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) team. He’s responsible for assisting faculty in their use of the podcast center and production studio in the CIT, helping facilitate HyFlex classroom training, and providing the audiovisual side of end-user support in the HyFlex classrooms. Lackey joined SFSC’s IT Office in October 2023 as a multimedia technology specialist. He came to SFSC from Heartland Christian Academy, where he served as an IT instructor. He earned an Associate in Arts from SFSC in 2021 and is working toward a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Florida International University. Lackey’s office is housed within the CIT, in Room H-110 on the Highlands Campus and he can be reached at ext. 8042.
