All SFSC employees will be required to participate in a Zoom softphone training.
To begin, visit: https://bit.ly/SFSC-softphones
You will be prompted to log into your SFSC Zoom account. At the end of each video, there will be a set of questions that you must answer correctly before moving on. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate. You will be able to access your completed training at any time to refresh your knowledge of the platform. A Quick Start Guide is also provided for you on Panther Central under Faculty>Educational Technology>Zoom Information.
Just as with Outlook on mobile devices, the IT Office does not support personal devices. Support is only available for SFSC assets with an IT tag or number.
