The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for institutional data collection, reporting, research, curriculum management, surveys, and planning for the College.
Sureka Personette, reports coordinator
- Coordinates data reporting for federal, state, and local agencies
- Assists with collegewide research and data compilation
- Coordinates IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System) reporting
- Supports improvement of institutional data collection and reporting
- Provides faculty and staff with a range of college-related data (e.g., student demographics and enrollment)
- Leads the College’s submission of the Annual Equity Update Report

Elisavet Rios – coordinator, curriculum support
- Facilitates the curriculum approval process
- Provides support for curriculum and program development
- Designs and publishes resources for course/program development
- Chairs the Catalog Committee and coordinates catalog/handbook revisions
- Processes and maintains master course descriptions
- Oversees the administration and reporting of the Graduate Satisfaction Survey (GSS), Course Opinion Survey (COS), and Student Evaluation of Instruction (SEI)
- Maintains the fee database and supports fee development

Piedad Sarmiento-Noriega – curriculum support assistant
- Provides support for new course and program development
- Updates the course catalog
- Assists with master course descriptions and catalog/handbook revision
- Supports the administration and reporting of the Graduate Satisfaction Survey (GSS), Course Opinion Survey (COS), and Student Evaluation of Instruction (SEI).
- Maintains and administers student course evaluations

Kimberly Cloud – administrative assistant III, institutional effectiveness
- Assists with office-related event planning, meetings, and special projects
- Provides support for administering student engagement surveys such as the Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE) and the Survey of Entering Student Engagement (SENSE)
