Open Enrollment Begins Today

SFSC’s Open Enrollment will be active Monday, Oct. 2 through Wednesday, Oct. 18. Please log into the FBMC portal at https://bmc.myfbmc.com and make your elections. Reminder: For those who do not make an election, they will be defaulted into the Employee Only High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HDHP HSA) for the next calendar year.

If you wish to have the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) next year, you must sign up. However, due to an unforeseen issue with the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Eagles Benefits Portal, it will not be available during the SFSC Open Enrollment period. Individuals that wish to become a new enrollee in the program or to re-enroll to continue participating in the program for calendar year (2024) must complete and submit a paper application form, link below, and then send to the Office of Human Resources, no later than Oct. 18, 2023.

Dental and Vision changes. SFSC will start paying for the employee’s dental and vision. You will need to sign up or re-enroll for them to be covered.

The Sick Leave Pool Application is active during the Open Enrollment period for those who would like to sign up. The application is available on Panther Central under Human Resources, then under Enrollment Documents. Complete the application and return it to Human Resources no later than Wednesday, Oct. 18.
