Lady Panther Volleyball

In volleyball action last week, the Lady Panthers defeated Webber International University-B, 3-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 12 in Panther Gym. On Friday, the Lady Panthers lost a hard-fought conference match to Pasco Hernando State College, 2-3.

Currently, the Lady Panthers are 2-3 overall and 1-3 in the Sun Lakes Conference.

Next up, a three-match home stand:

• Tuesday, Sept. 19 vs. Lake Sumter State College at 6 p.m.
• Friday, Sept. 22 vs. St. John’s River State College at 6 p.m.
• Sunday, Sept. 24 vs. Florida State College at Jacksonville at 1 p.m.

Lady Panther Cross Country

In cross country action last Friday, Sept. 15, the Lady Panthers finished ninth in the primarily four-school field at the Keiser Flagship Invitational in Palm Beach. After a one-hour lightning delay, Alexis Camacho Ramirez paced the Panthers finishing 39th in the challenging field of 121 runners.
