SFSC to Host Veterans Day Event

South Florida State College (SFSC) will host its annual Veterans Day Commemoration on Monday, Nov. 11 at 10:45 a.m. This year, the event will be held inside the Alan Jay Wildstein Center for Performing Arts, SFSC Highlands Campus, in Avon Park. SFSC and Bok Tower Awarded Grant for Pseudoziziphus celata Research

Through a grant from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, SFSC students and faculty, in partnership with Bok Tower in Lake Wales, will continue their studies on the endangered plant, Florida Ziziphus (Pseudoziziphus celata).
